Open Question: I need help with my hair please?

how do i style my hair??? it is a tight thick (pretty thick) curl when it grows out after about 2 months and when its freshly clip its straighter more like a straight wave... and when i use gel it itches like hell in the sun...so what are some good hairstyles that require hardly any gel (im not a fan of getting my hair straightened)

Open Question: Cute Spring/Summer Hair Styles?

So, i'm pretty sure every Canadians have been counting down the days until the torturous, freezing winter ends and the beautiful, but wet Spring begins. Me, of course has been. I really, really could use some cute, fun hair styles for Spring. I have long, naturally blonde hair with right side bangs. Any Ideas ?!? Ohh here's a little bonus question... Open Question: Different hair texture at home vs salon.?

I am an African American. I've noticed my hair texture is different when I wash my hair at home vs the salon.My hair feels the same at home and at the salon,until I am completely through with washing it. When it is styled after washing it at the salon it is soft bouncy and silky. But at home when I wash my hair, it's straight but not silky(shiny) and bouncy. What styling products do I use to achieve this hair(then my hair is towel drying) at home.

Open Question: Help with sesame street character names?

Hi I purchased a sesame road puzzle for my little girl and am unable to figure out the names of the following characters: 1. Red character (definitely not Elmo, as I am well aware of what Elmo looks like), sort of spiky or bushy hair, may have orange nose. Can't say much more sorry. 2. 2 girls standing side by side (not humans, but muppet characters). First girl has plaited yellow coloured hair, she is painted pink, blue dress, blue socks and white shoes (some of these may be different as I discovered with the colouring on one of the other characters). The other girl has yellow hair bob style, painted pink,brown dress, brown socks and red sneakers. If anyone can give me a website where I can actually look the characters with their names this would be helpful just to make sure I have correctly named the other characters on the puzzle. I have only been able to find some characters/pictures with names. Otherwise it is just a list of names, no pictures. Thanks in advance.

Hi my name is Kandi and I'm 18. My hair is becoming a little dry and breaking from a lot of chemicals. I read in cosmo magazine that 1-2 eggs, 4 tbs mayo, and 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil. Mix it every together and apply it to dry hair from roots to tips. It stays in your hair 30 minutes then you rinse it with icy water. After you are finished rinsing you just use your regular shampoo and conditioner and style as desired. This is supposed to make frizzy dry hair shiny, softer, and silkier used for every hair types. It will also make your hair grow faster. I wanted to know has anyone tries putting eggs and mayo in their hair and does it really work?

There is this guy on youtube who is threatening like a 14 year old makeup guru, and she made a video about it, so I went to his page and this is what his biography says : Here is my personal biography that im putting here for people to understand how i feel and how i look life. I have an obsession with Snuff i like seeing attractive women die in various ways whiles wearing various clothing. Such as, Burning Suffocation Melting Strangulation Torture Crushed Beat up I also like seeing women receive raped but not as much as i do as i do seeing them die. And the clothing of course, Velour tracksuits Leather Trousers Boot clip Trousers with boots Leather catsuits Seeing my type of female receive killed in one of these many ways really arouses me. I also like to look my type of lady receive raped or drugged but not as much as i like to look them die. Watching them receive raped whether it be on a ilm or real life footage it gets me difficult every time. Im obsessed with women with shoulder length hair (60s,70s) I Really like to look women with make up on also. The whole 70s style of blue eye shadow shiny cheeks etc... Open Question: am I crazy for not wanting to settle for anything less?

Does this man exist or no... what characteristics are too much to ask for, If any? A confident yet not cocky man. A man that will cook and clean but also build decks and fix your electronics. A man who is not critical and is forgiving. Someone who takes responsibility for his actions. Has a good sense of humor. Listens to me and can disagree with me without getting upset or defensive. Holds me when I sob without demanding I give a reason. Thinks I'm the best he's ever met and doesn't have a difficult time letting other know it. Clean and dresses nice, smells good, he pays attention to his hair, teeth, nails and skin. Stand up for me to his mom and friends. Can manage money and still find extra to spoil me with. Ask why I am unhappy yes once, but lets be honest girls really don't need a good reason to sob... even more true when the girl is pregnant. What I meant by that was a guy who understands that either she doesn't want to talk about it right now or she is crying because she read something in the news. If a girl wants to tell why she will~ but he doesn't need a good reason or a reason at every to comfort her.... is what I mean but let's add one more trait shall we... a man who will dance with me prom style anytime any place, the kitchen, the living room, a parking lot...

Open Question: I love standing out, but not quite sure how to do it?

I don't know the slightest thing about fashion, but that's every because I dress the way I want when I want, but still always like to look good while doing it. My "style" is usually simply wearing an unzipped hoodie, with a T-shirt below and of course jeans. And I like wearing are very dark colors, with the exception of White :P Now my question is (Finally!) how do i mix things up? I have been wearing that "style" for about a year now, and I am quite frankly sleepy of it. Open Question: Should razors be used on thin hair?

Today I got a haircut, and I am far from picky. I truly don't care what is done as long as it is close to the length I wanted. I have very thin hair, the lady used a razor on it and then styled it. After restyling to my normal way once home, I noticed that it looks way to short in the front layers and looks even thinner, light patches shining through parts. I am very upset especially because i'm someone who has never been picky. It's been clip about shoulder length which I wanted. Should this lady have used a thinning razor on my already terribly thin hair?

Open Question: I want my old hair back!?

Hello everyone :) I have a big problem. Well it isn't such a big problem that I would sob or going insane, but it sucks, every day when I look into the mirror. A few months ago I had long hair, very long hair, and it was in a beautiful shade of blonde. I always got complimented on it, and every my friends envied me. But then I did several big mistakes... I started coloring my hair, first in red, then in brown, then in red again, then black, then blonde, and finally it's pitch black. My hair was so damn broken that I went to the hair saloon and let it clip. Well, and what I have now is a very short hair clip, it's just like a Bob. And yeah, my hair is still black. The problem is that I hate my hair now... it still seams that it's broken (my hair breaks every the time, especially when I start to wash it). It's short and black, absolutely not what I want. So please, do you know what I could do to receive my old hair back? It was very long and blonde... I know that I have to cease dyeing it and should cease using hot stuff to style it. But what can I do to: - receive long hair again, and I mean quick! Like 1 inch or more per month. My hair has to grow faster, - receive healthy hair again, - receive blonde hair again. Open Question: Help with getting a hair style ?

I want to go to a hair salon and have them clip some layers on the top of my hair so that I can teaze it and also bangs. But the thing is, I went to a hair salon 15 months ago and asked them to do that same thing but instead she clip my elbow length hair ( That took me 3 years to grow ) up to my shoulders and its taken me til now to grow it every back. What can I do/tell my stylist this time to insure that I wont lose every my hair length again ?It takes too long to grow and I really really can not go through another year of growing my hair back. Open Question: Girls to Girls, is my friend...a friend?

She's my new pal, and reminds me somewhat of a pal I used to have. They both seem very nice, innocent and sweet but when you know them more they are more complicated. In the beginning of the school year my (new) pal was very shy when I met her, and since she didn't seem to know anybody I befriended her. Now it's third term, and she's shown a nasty side to her. She deliberately excludes some of my friends, and even hurt our best pal (when she was being insensitive and attracting our bestfriend's crush's attention). She's self-centered, and has hurt me by saying things like my then crush probably will never like me. Now that I've had a sort of change in hair style, she is much kinder to me, but seems to be talking to my new crush. Yet she calls me her bestfriend, and when I was sick for a week she called my everyday and helped me catch up with homework. Should I trust her? Is she a good pal? Please, give me some advice.

Open Question: What to ask my hairstylist for layering my hair (Men)?

Hey guys. I'm a 15 year old boy with pretty long hair... I'm trying to achieve certain layered haircuts. I have never gotten my hair layered before, so this is definitely a new experience. Now, what am I suppose to ask my stylist? How long should I ask it to be clip? What part of my hair? Open Question: Advice on my relaxed hair?

I'm 16 yrs old and i receive my hair relaxed about every 3 months or so (for the past 5 yrs) anyway for the past 3 years ive been wearing my hair pulled back in a ponytail and my bangs out just about everyday! ive noticed my hair falling out and i have shoulder length hair so ive been trying to cease the constant pulling but i found a new style. I'M GONNA WEAR CLIP IN EXTENSIONS ! I'm so excited ! i havent perfected them so I'm gonna do my transition in April but anyway i bought Aveda damage remedy, smooth infusion and humectant promade . I use creme of nature to basically wash and condition my hair. -No i dont use heat in my hair -Yes i take a shower (wet my hair) and put my hair in a ponytail while its wet so i just want some advice on what i can do and products you recommend ! oh and i currently use mouse, gel and foam which are every alcohol free

Open Question: How to get 'emo hair'?

Alright, so I will write my predicament.. I am not too smart with hair styling. My hair is grown out about down to my nipples, and normally it's pretty thick and curly but I straighten it and it gets much thinner and looks way better. But, anyways I am wanting to start using the "emo style" in my hair, I don't follow trends, I am myself, I just want to try it out and look if it suites me. Open Question: My parents wont let me get a hair cut. Hmm?

So my hair let me just put it is, very nice. Im not being a cocky bitch or anything but my hair is the only thing Ive got going for me. Its long brown, with natural golden highlights and curls and waves. This was just the hair I was born with. My mum is so obsessed with my hair, she wont let me curl it, straighten it, and she takes credit for when people say I have nice hair. So my hair has been growing out (Im 14 now) and it is just over my belly button. My hair is way to long and its very difficult to manage as it takes forever to dry ( I dont blow dry my hair), I play sports so tying it is also very difficult, and its getting close the warmer months and my fur head is just way too hot. So I asked my mum simply if I could just receive my hair clip at a salon just about maybe 10 cm. She was totally against it, and she told me I was way too young to receive my hair done and styled and I had to wait until I was 19 at the youngest to clip my hair. (This is a really long question so just bear with me) So she yelled and got crazy and it wasnt like I was asking for bangs and a weave, im just asking for a little clip. She wont let me receive it at every and Im thinking about dying it black just to receive her mad. I receive amazing grades, and Im getting a job just to help support my parents because my mum doesnt want to work. I just want a hair clip, so what should I do? haha my parents are Serbian and you know how those are... Thanks for reading every that and any help would be appreciated :)
